This program includes My Zone heart rate sync-ed endurance conditioning. It starts with a dynamic warm-up emphasizing posture, mobility, core activation and stability. My Zone live streaming technology is recommended to ensure safe training loads and maximal caloric burn. Recovery techniques are emphasized at the end of training to ensure mind and body safety. |
Sensible Fitness60:00- Max (10) Beginner- Intermediate An enjoyable, safe small group fitness program for those 60 + and active. This program includes cardio, strength, circuit and balance training designed with the ability to progress at one’s own pace. Following Right Fit’s A.P.R. (Assess, Progress, Results) formula it guarantees personal goals and results are achieved using participants’ baseline numbers. Following this program you will be safer healthier and move better. |
Core & Flexibility30:00- Max (10) Beginner- Intermediate- Advanced A small group strength and flexibility program that will increase range of motion and core strength. This program puts emphasis on recovery by integrating a proper warm-up and cool -down to decrease aches and pains and to reduce the likelihood of injury. |
Super Hero Fitness Training60:00- Max (5) Beginner- Intermediate The goals of this program are to jump higher, move faster, build more strength and gain confidence. Every participant will learn the discipline and fitness skills necessary to become a Super Hero Fitness Leader. This program also includes fun competitive challengers which will improve physical and mental fitness. Leap tall buildings in a single bound and register your youth or teen for a one of a kind experience. |
Raise The BarRaise The Bar 60:00 - Max (5) Beginner- Intermediate an award winning all inclusive fitness and wellness program utilizing developmental, adaptive and corrective exercises. This program includes structured fitness activities and provides fun and play which enables every child to gain confidence, improve coordination and strength. Specialized visual and verbal cues ensure a safe fun clean and success-oriented experience. Trainer participant ratio is based on individual assessment. |
Raise The BarPush The Slider 60:00- Max (7) Intermediate- Advanced A strength specific training program for individuals with special needs emphasis is on basic motor skills, posterior chain strength drills for hips and legs, and shoulder girdle strength exercises for proper posture. Adaptations will be made for appropriate exercise progressions to attain improved functional movement, focus and healthy body fat levels.
