Brad has been with Right Fit since 2012, and served as its Director of the Raise the Bar© program, accepting the positon after his 1-year internship program that was part of his degree requirements from Eastern Illinois University. Important to note that Brad was a 4-year collegiate athlete at Eastern Illinois, competing as a top runner on their cross-country team for four years. Brad assumed the responsibilities of facility manager for Right Fit’s Willowbrook location in 2015, and has been overseeing its locations since.
The Mission will always remain the same - provide an individualized, results-oriented training program to all members of the population willing to commit to a strength and conditioning program executed by the best in-house developed staff and specialists.

New challenging 60:00 circuit based total body workout designed daily combin-ing cardiovascular intervals with free weight compound movements. All workouts are created to push clients to certain work volumes with lighter loads, to optimize caloric burn, tension of muscles, and improvements in aerobic capacity. All classes are scored to keep clients competing daily!

The goal of this program to is build Fat Free Mass/Hypertrophy, by providing clients upper and lower body daily lift variance, work volume progressions, and training intensities that increase strength and melt fat. Clients will have access to monthly workout calendars, daily workouts, and be coached and challenged in small group atmosphere.

VARSITY© is Right Fit’s Athlete performance enhancement program This is a daily undulating program, incorporating power/speed, strength/hypertrophy, and conditioning into every workout. Athletes will learn to move, build strength, and maximize power - we incorporate work all along force/velocity curve, ensuring that our athletes have the greatest potential for rate of force development (who can produce the most power fastest wins)

The public can also purchase punch cards for our STRENTH and VARSITY program, but must complete assessment prior to starting, to ensure the safety of current and new participants. 

is rightfit a hiit franchise facility or chain?

No, HIIT training classes and workouts serve as great method for improving body composition and building aerobic capacity. They lack overload and variance, for body adaptions after initial training block. Our HIIT program is BURN©, and is offered to public and attended by members on lighter days. 

is right fit crossfit?

We are not a licensed affiliate - Our strength and conditioning team is certified through the NSCA® - CSCS – our STRENGH and VARSITY programs are written in house by our head of operations Steve Gray, and his specialists.  Our metabolic conditioning program BURN, is designed in-house, featuring new challenging 60-minute workouts daily, synced to MYZONE®.  Our specialists are college-degreed, complete 6-month in-house internships, one-year of “trainer” employment, and then pursue national certification and continual CEU work through ACSM, NASM, ACE, or the NSCA, based on the programming, personal training, or classes they specialize in training, before being recognized as a trainer specialist.

is right fit a commercial gym?

No, we do not sell memberships to the public. All members of Right Fit, must begin with an assessment, commit to the Right Fit community, and receive a prescription of a strength and conditioning program for results. Right Fit locations have OPEN gym times for their members or clients with active training packages.

Right Fit Membership

Unlimited training packages for adults and athletes (Grades 9+) that commit to programming and/or classes 3-4x/week.  Members will have access to unlimited open gym times, all class and programming workouts, and a complimentary re-assessment or 1:1 personal training session every 8-weeks.

Right Fit STRENGTH PROgram

Our STRENGTH program operates on 4-week cycles, focusing on an (3) upper and lower body compound (multi-joint/free-weight) max effort strength lifts/days, and (3) Upper/Lower/Concentric dominant dynamic effort lifts and movements (Pwr. Clean, DB Pwr. Snatch, Sled Tows, Sleds, Sprints, Jumps, variable resistance).  The max effort portion of our lifting sessions is linear for intensity, tapering to high volume, low-intensity week #4 (Single Joint PHA Training) – Week #1 Hypertrophy, Week #2 Cluster Sets, Week #3 5-3-1, Week 4 Muscle Endurance/Hypertrophy.  The goals of our program are to build FFM, increase absolute strength of clients, increase natural strength of clients, and lower body       fat %.

Right Fit Varsity Athlete Training

Our sports performance program is meant to increase rate of force development for athletes (POWER).  Agility (optimized deceleration), acceleration/vertical jump (max force production),  sprinting (SSC – Stride Length), will all be maximized by creating stronger athletes, who will incorporate max effort strength days, and dynamic effort/Max Speed training into their programs based on competition season.  This program is for athletes in all sports, as it train muscles for strength, and the CNS system for more efficient firing.
